About the role
As an ideal candidate for this role, you will need to bring deep expertise in financial product development, customer-centric innovation, and organizational leadership. Your main responsibility will be to shape the future of retirement solutions in India and drive the company's ambition to grow its AUM 4x and serve over 1 crore Indians by 2030. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Vision & Leadership: You will be responsible for crafting and executing the product strategy in alignment with regulatory changes and market opportunities. - Product Innovation & Differentiation: Your role will involve designing innovative and compliant NPS offerings that cater to diverse customer segments. - Customer Segmentation & Personalization: You will need to develop frameworks to understand and serve varied customer personas across demographics and employment types. - Technology, Data & AI Integration: Leveraging digital tools, analytics, and AI will be essential to enhance product development, customer experience, and operational efficiency. - Organization Design & Capability Building: You will play a key role in structuring and scaling the Product/Solution team with the right talent, roles, and culture. - Go-to-Market Strategy: Aligning the product strategy with distribution channels (digital, physical, partnerships) to maximize reach and adoption will be part of your responsibilities. - Performance Metrics & Governance: Defining and tracking KPIs to measure progress toward strategic goals is crucial for this role. - Risk Management & Compliance: Ensuring that all product initiatives adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks is a key responsibility. Qualification Required: - Work Experience: You should have a minimum of 10 years to 25 years of experience in product leadership roles within financial services, pensions, mutual funds, or related domains. A proven track record of scaling product organizations and launching successful financial products is essential. - Essential Qualification: An MBA or relevant PGDM / Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields is required.
