Automation Testing with Selenium

You will be accountable for performing manual and automated testing of applications supporting business objectives while demonstrating independence in project analysis. Your responsibilities will include leading analysis to develop test cases for websites, web applications, and infrastructure, applying AI-driven approaches to improve regression testing, test maintenance, defect analysis, and test optimization, performing hands-on manual testing while scripting automated tests to ensure application quality, serving as a liaison to business analysts and product owners by providing feedback on application readiness for migrations, providing technical guidance to junior testers and team members, being technically familiar with development concepts and formats such as SQL, XML, JSON, and scripting languages, providing input in prioritizing, estimating, and defining acceptance criteria, clearly defining test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures, providing usability and functionality feedback to developers, interacting with customers on issues and providing recommendations, building automated test scripts, planning tests and strategies according to the project, being thorough and disciplined in analyzing problems and weighing severity, and being a dedicated worker skilled at collaborating in a team setting. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, 2+ years of proven experience in the software development industry while participating in a team environment, 2+ years of experience in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver using programming languages like Python, C#, Java, 2+ years of proven experience in testing and automating web services such as RESTful API, 2+ years of proven experience in performance testing using tools such as Apache JMeter, 1+ years of web-application mobile testing automation experience with Appium, strong experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C# .Net, experience with testing SaaS & PaaS products, experience with monitoring and SRE practices, experience in CI/CD technologies (e.g., Bamboo, Bitbucket, Octopus, Maven, etc.), and knowledge or experience of other languages/tools such as AngularJS, Protractor, Jasmine, JavaScript, RestAssured.
