About the role
Business Analyst Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week) Experience: 2 to 5 Years Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis - Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements. - Conduct research and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. - Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. Documentation & Solution Design - Create Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Statements of Work (SOW). - Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate product requirements effectively. - Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle. Testing & Deployment Support - Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate developed functionalities. - Ensure all requirements are delivered as expected before production deployment. - Support successful product launches and post-deployment enhancements. Stakeholder Management - Act as a liaison between business users, clients, and technical teams. - Facilitate discussions, requirement workshops, and solution reviews. - Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment with project objectives. Required Skills - Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills. - Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, SOWs, User Stories, and Functional Specifications. - Hands-on experience with Wireframing and Prototyping tools. - Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Desired Candidate Profile - A good listener with excellent communication skills. - Solid writing and documentation capabilities. - Ability to analyze, organize, and interpret information effectively. - Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented. - Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
