About the role
Tech Lead Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week) Experience: 5 to 10 Years Team Handling: 4 to 5 Team Members Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to architect, design, and lead the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on development experience across up-to-date web and mobile technologies. This role requires balancing technical leadership with people management while driving successful project delivery and mentoring development teams. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership - Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications. - Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Ensure development follows best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. - Remove technical roadblocks and provide solutions to complex engineering challenges. - Drive code quality through reviews, design discussions, and technical governance. - Promote code and design reusability across projects. Team Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers. - Conduct regular knowledge-sharing, training, and coaching sessions. - Maintain skill-set matrices and identify upskilling opportunities. - Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. - Manage team performance, productivity, and technical growth. Delivery & Project Management - Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects and milestones. - Collaborate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders. - Track team progress and provide regular status updates. - Support sprint planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation. - Ensure adherence to quality, performance, and security standards. Required Skills & Experience - 5 to 10 years of hands-on software development experience. - Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) and Design Patterns. - Experience architecting scalable web and enterprise applications. - Strong leadership and people management capabilities. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Technical Skills Frontend - React.js - Angular - HTML5, CSS3 - CSS Preprocessors (Preferred) Backend - Node.js (Express.js) - Java - Python Database - SQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) - NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) - ORM Technologies Development Tools - Git / Version Control Systems - REST APIs & Microservices Architecture Mobile Technologies (Good to Have) - React Native - Flutter Desired Candidate Profile - Strong technical and architectural mindset. - Proven experience leading engineering teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities. - Passion for mentoring and developing team members. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
