About the role
Vertiv is hiring for the role of Engineer I - Field Service! Responsibilities of the candidate System Installation Oversight: Supervise installation of thermal equipment, ensuring design and safety compliance. Commissioning Planning & Execution: Develop and implement commissioning plans, including performance tests. Testing & Balancing: Conduct airflow and hydronic balancing, assess system performance. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve installation or operational issues. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, manuals, and commissioning records Client Communication & Training: Provide tailored solutions and train clients on system operation. Team Coordination: Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and project teams for integration. Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards. Franchisee & Vendor Management: Training, evaluation, audits, and vendor onboarding. Project Execution: Site surveys, approvals, project tracking, execution, billing, and feedback
