Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer - 100% Remote Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Contract Duration: 2 Months Budget: 1.1 LPM Experience: 5 to 8 Years Working Time:- 1 PM to 9 PM with 3-4 hours of overlap with customer. DETAILS JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support a short- term discovery engagement to build a CISO Dashboard. The selected candidate will be responsible for extracting data from enterprise IAM platforms, developing automation scripts, and supporting the creation of a proof-of-concept dashboard that provides security and identity insights. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IAM technologies, scripting, and data extraction from enterprise identity systems. RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and understand enterprise IAM systems and their data structures.Extract identity and access management data from IAM platforms.Develop scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and processing.Support the design and development of a Proof of Concept (PoC) CISO Dashboard.Collaborate with security architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.Validate extracted data and ensure accuracy and completeness.Document the data extraction process, assumptions, and technical approach.Participate in discovery workshops and technical discussions. PRIMARY SKILLS 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms, including: o Active Directory (AD) o LDAP o SailPoint o CyberArk o Similar enterprise IAM solutions Strong scripting experience using: o PowerShell o Python Experience with data extraction, transformation, and automation.Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management. Familiarity with enterprise security concepts and IAM best practices.Experience working with APIs and integrating enterprise systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Secondary Skills (If Any) Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.Understanding of cybersecurity metrics and executive security reporting.Experience working on CISO dashboards or security analytics initiatives.Familiarity with cloud IAM services (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM).Knowledge of SQL and data modeling. Educational Qualifications Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, CyberArk Defender/Sentry, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or equivalent are preferred. .
