Mobile Backend Lead - Banking Domain

As a Mobile Backend Lead in the Banking Domain, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be leading the mobile backend team in the banking domain, ensuring the seamless functioning of backend systems to support various banking operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and architectural expertise - Develop and maintain backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, NestJS, and .NET Core - Design and implement microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture - Ensure API design best practices and contribute to the development of cloud-native applications - Implement security measures such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, MFA, API Gateway security, encryption, and secure coding practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate core banking systems, digital banking solutions, payment processing, and fraud prevention mechanisms - Stay updated on regulatory compliance requirements and implement necessary measures to ensure adherence Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 10 years of backend development experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, NestJS, .NET Core, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, various databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB), Kubernetes, and Docker - Prior experience in the banking, fintech, or financial systems domain with knowledge of digital banking, payment processing, transaction management, and core banking integration - Familiarity with security protocols, API security, and secure coding practices - Preferred qualifications include experience in BFF architecture, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Istio service mesh, multi-region architecture, disaster recovery planning, and cloud certifications This job opportunity offers a challenging environment where you can leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation in the banking domain.
