About the role
About the job: We are seeking a passionate WordPress developer to build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress, page builders, theme customization, WooCommerce, and API integrations. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain WordPress websites using themes, page builders, and custom templates. 2. Customize WordPress themes, PHP files, and advanced custom fields (ACF Pro) as required. 3. Implement and configure WooCommerce and other e-commerce solutions. 4. Integrate third-party tools and services using REST APIs. 5. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to deliver project requirements. 6. Ensure responsive design, website performance optimization, and basic SEO implementation. 7. Maintain documentation of website development processes and customizations. Minimum 1 year of experience through a full-time role, internship, or certified course. 2. Familiarity with WordPress page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery. 3. Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, theme customization, and WordPress functions. 4. Experience working with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro), including Repeater Fields. 5. Exposure to WooCommerce and e-commerce website management. 6. Understanding of REST APIs and third-party service integrations. 7. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 8. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Shopify or Webflow is an advantage. 9. A portfolio or sample work demonstrating practical WordPress experience is preferred.
