Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Healthcare Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, gather and document requirements, and recommend technology-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care. The ideal candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and business stakeholders to support healthcare systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders. Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to implement healthcare technology solutions. Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams. Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, measure performance, and support business decisions. Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of healthcare applications and system enhancements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against business requirements. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and organizational policies. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to define project objectives. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and project status. Provide post-implementation support and recommend continuous improvements.
