VSPL-NOC Network Engineer (4 6 Years Experience)

We are looking for a Network Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Cisco device configuration, a solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals, and practical experience with FortiGate firewalls and wireless network configurations. The role involves ensuring network availability, performance, and security across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and related network devicesManage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments to ensure high availability and performancePerform network monitoring, analysis, and proactive issue resolutionHandle basic firewall configuration, rule management, and access control policiesSupport wireless network configuration, deployment, and troubleshootingDiagnose and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, and connectivityMaintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating proceduresRequired Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Cisco configurations (routing & switching)Solid understanding of IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)Working knowledge of routing protocolsBasic firewall knowledge (policy creation, NAT, VPN concepts)Experience with wireless networking (AP configuration, SSID setup, security protocols)Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting toolsGood understanding of network security best practicesPreferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP or equivalent (Cisco certification is optional)Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood communication and documentation skillsAbility to work in rotational shifts (24/7 support environment)Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies We are looking for a Network Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure.
