Role Overview: As the SAP Client Delivery and Order To Cash Lead SME at Vistra, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improve project-related processes within the SAP Project Systems Module. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improve project-related processes within SAP Project Systems Module - Leverage SAP PS functionalities like time-sheeting, resource planning, budgeting, and revenue recognition to drive project success - Lead and support the design and implementation of SAP PS during system rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements - Work closely with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other modules such as Order To Cash, Record to Report, and SAP Analytics Cloud BI Reporting - Act as the Client Delivery workstream lead and sign off all deliverables of the workstream - Manage SMEs to drive data collection for Client and Customer Project Data and migration into SAP - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of project management related processes - Utilize SAP reporting tools to generate insights and dashboards for real-time project execution monitoring - Analyze project data and provide actionable recommendations to improve project performance - Partner with project managers, finance teams, and executives to understand business needs and ensure SAP PS processes address those needs effectively - Actively participate in design workshops and discussions to enable the definition and implementation of SAP Standard processes within Vistra - Act as a liaison between business O2C/CD users and other SAP programme teams - Contribute to the scoping and development of training programs for SAP Operations end-users - Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users to resolve process or system-related issues - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational policies - Identify risks in project workflows and propose mitigation strategies - Support the rollout and adoption of new SAP SAC BI Reports - Promote the adoption of a Global template and standard processes - Regular stakeholder reporting Qualification Required: - Minimum of 10 years experience in Operations and Billing - Leadership experience - Strong experience in a similar role in a similarly complex organization - Strong ERP system understanding - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to operate in complex delivery engagements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of Client Deals setup, Pricing, and Billing - SAP S4 Exposure, particularly on the Client Delivery and/or Order to Cash modules - Bachelors degree and/or an accounting qualification - Strong team management skills - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Note: Company Benefits section has been omitted as it does not contain any additional details about the job role.)
