Position - Project Manager (Technical) Experience - 5-10 years Compensation - Best in industry Open Positions - 1 Location - Gurugram Eligibility Requirements . Bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing teams, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing 10-15 members. 5+ years of experience in Web development API development. 3+ years of experience in project delivery management. 3+ Years of Experience in MySQL Database (Ver. 5.0 above) / Oracle (Ver. 11g or above). 2+ Years of experience in project delivery team management. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Development into Java, Advance Java Platform, Enterprise Java and/or open-source products (J2EE, Struts, Spring, JSP, HTML-5, Servlets, Hibernate, Tomcat, JBoss, MySQL, Ant, Maven, CVS, Eclipse). 4+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Development using Java/J2EE Experience of maintaining source code using GIT. Reasonable grasp of OOP concepts, design patterns and able to understand create technical Design Document of the Project. Have complete understanding of SDLC effort estimation. Strong knowledge of database concepts. Advanced knowledge of server-side technologies. Must be good with Object Oriented design principles and design patterns. Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms i.e., good log. Experience in programming, developing, designing architecture and leading technical teams working on development or maintenance of Java/ JavaScript applications. Experience of Maria DB, MongodB and SQLite is an advantage. Job Description Responsibilities Developing software applications using Java, Advance Java Platform., Enterprise Java and/or open source products (J2EE,Struts, Spring, JSP, HTML-5, Servlets, Hibernate, Tomcat, JBoss, MySQL, Ant, Maven, CVS, Eclipse). Storing data and ensuring that it is displayed to the users who are supposed to have access to it Integrating 3rd party APIs i.e., Payment gateway/Google APIs etc. Accounting for architecture design of the application database. Managing optimization troubleshooting of applications/API. Managing a team of minimum 10-15 people and ensuring that the assigned projects are delivered on time and producing the desired results. Accounting for end-to-end project management DevOps activities/Deployment of applications. Handling delivery of multiple projects at a time. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user manuals. Conduct code reviews to ensure the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and adheres to industry
