Job Title: Senior Associate Consultant Digital Transformation (Insurance Analytics) Experience: 8 years Location: Open Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Senior Associate Consultant Digital Transformation in the Financial Services Analytics & AI domain. This role offers the opportunity to lead analytics solution design, presales activities, and domain consulting, particularly in the Insurance sector. Key Responsibilities Lead practice development and solution design for insurance analytics. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and develop custom solutions aligned with client needs. Develop POVs, use cases, demos, and solution frameworks for client engagements. Manage end-to-end delivery for insurance analytics projects including advanced analytics and AI/ML models. Act as a domain SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Insurance (Life/Annuity or P&C). Design dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik) and custom workflows using Power Automate. Present to client stakeholders with strong communication and visualization skills. Must-Have Skills: Minimum 5 years in Insurance Analytics Solution design, presales, delivery. Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI / Tableau / Qlik. Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of AI/ML, Predictive/Prescriptive analytics, and statistical modeling. Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for custom flow design and automation. Excellent PowerPoint and client presentation capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate / MBA from Tier 1 institutions. Background in Engineering / Mathematics / Operations Research / Science. Experience in building analytics practices in startup or fast-paced environments. Strong exposure to the Healthcare or Insurance domain (Payer/Provider/L&A/P&C). .
