About the role
Skill Required: ServiceNow Exp in Skill required: 5+ relevant Job Description: Service Now Developer Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows. Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Approval Workflows. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Design and develop custom applications using App Engine Studio where required. Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and defect fixes. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Follow ServiceNow development best practices and participate in code reviews. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Solid knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Glide APIs. Experience with ITSM modules and Service Catalog. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Experience in REST/SOAP integrations. Positive understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and security. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Solid problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or CMDB. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certification is an added advantage. .
