Job Role : FreeSWITCH Engineer Experience: 5 to 10 Years Location: Delhi NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Kochi Must Have Skills FreeSWITCH hands-on (dialplan, modules, ESL/API integrations)WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS)SIP proficiency (RFC 3261, trunk config, NAT, codec tuning, RTP optimization, SRTP/TLS)Integrate FreeSWITCH with Contact Center platforms (custom CCaaS stacks)Configure ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and queue management via mod_callcenter or fifo queuesEnable call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge, and supervisor features Roles & Responsibilities Health monitoring, incident response, log tracing, change managementGateway deployment, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec managementRunbooks, SOPs, cross-team collaboration, log analysis If your experience matches the above requirements, please apply / share your updated resume. .
