Job Title: Enterprise Architect Location: Bangalore, Pune ________________________________________ About The Role The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and driving the overall enterprise technology strategy, architecture roadmap, and governance framework aligned with business goals. The role ensures scalability, standardisation, and integration across applications, data, infrastructure, and security layers, enabling digital transformation across the organisation. ________________________________________ Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 12 18 years of overall IT experience with strong enterprise architecture exposure Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs and architecture governance ________________________________________ Responsibilities Define and establish enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and governance frameworks Design and maintain architecture blueprints across Application, Data, Integration, and Infrastructure layers Drive digital transformation, modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives Define and enforce API-led, microservices, and event-driven architectures Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business roadmap and enterprise goals Lead architecture review boards (ARB) and ensure adherence to standards Collaborate with security, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams for end-to-end architecture design Evaluate emerging technologies and define technology adoption roadmap Define integration strategies across systems, APIs, middleware, and data platforms Mentor solution architects and engineering teams on architecture best practices Drive cost optimization, performance improvements, and scalability initiatives ________________________________________ Required Skills Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF) Experience in defining enterprise-wide architecture vision and roadmap Ability to drive architecture governance and standards enforcement Technology & Architecture Strong experience in microservices, API-led architecture, and distributed systems Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and hybrid architectures Deep understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and API platforms Experience in event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging systems) Data & Security Strong knowledge of data architecture, data lakes, and analytics platforms Experience with security architecture, IAM, encryption, compliance frameworks DevOps & Delivery Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Leadership & Stakeholder Management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with C-level leadership and business stakeholders Proven ability to mentor architects and lead large engineering teams Job Title: Enterprise Architect Location: Bangalore, Pune ________________________________________ About The Role The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and driving the overall enterprise technology strategy, architecture roadmap, and governance framework aligned with business goals.
