Remote Quality Assurance Lead / Architect ( Retail / E2E)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IT Associates is seeking a highly experienced End-to-End Retail QA Lead / QA Architect to drive quality strategy across a major Retail Transformation initiative. This role involves overseeing the QA strategy across multiple enterprise retail platforms and ensuring quality across integrated systems. Responsibilities Own the End-to-End QA Strategy Define and execute E2E test strategy across retail systems Establish QA governance across multiple software vendors Ensure full traceability from business processes to test coverage Drive integration, regression, UAT, data, and reconciliation testing Align multiple software vendors to a unified QA approach Validate API, batch, middleware, and event-driven integrations Lead cross-system defect triage and root cause analysis Provide executive-level quality reporting Skills 10+ years QA experience, 5+ years in Retail domain Proven experience as E2E QA Lead or QA Architect Strong understanding of retail architecture & system integration Ability to create high-level system diagrams & integration maps Experience testing APIs, microservices, and data integrations Strong knowledge of inventory, order orchestration, finance reconciliation Experience in large retail transformation programs Exposure to omnichannel retail environments Cloud-based retail ecosystems Experience with 2 of more of the following : STIBO,KIBO,D365,Aptean,RELEX,Adobe Ecommerce Benefits Medical Dental Retirement Other benefits Company Overview IT Associates provides businesses and organizations with IT, data, consulting, and communications services and equipment.
