The role involves leading the SAP Finance and Controlling workstream, managing various phases of SAP support, and ensuring integration across business functions.ResponsibilitiesLead the FICO workstream in the SAP support, managing design, configuration, testing, and deployment phasesDesign and configure SAP FICO modules including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.) to ensure end-to-end business integrationWork closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Security, Fiori) for custom developments and enhancementsLead data migration and validation activities for finance-related master and transactional dataManage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and provide end-user training and support during go-live and stabilizationAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights on process improvement and best practicesPrepare functional specifications, design documents, and test scriptsSkillsMinimum 10 years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience, with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementations as FICO leadMinimum 5 years of S/4 Hana experienceMinimum 3 years of experience integrating FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related disciplineProfessional accounting certification (CA, CPA, CMA) is an added advantageStrong leadership and communication abilitiesProven experience in leading cross-functional teamsStrategic mindset with attention to operational detailsExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsSAP Finance CertificationExperience in Central Finance or Group Reporting modulesExposure to multi-country rollouts or complex business environmentsUnderstanding of taxation, treasury, and banking integrationDeep understanding of SAP Finance module, including Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and embedded analyticsStrong functional knowledge of finance processes (GL, AR/AP, AA, CO, and Financial Closing)Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project management best practicesExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, global project environmentBenefitsCompany benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contributionFlexible spending or health savings accountLife and AD&D insuranceShort and long term disability coveragePaid time offEmployee assistanceParticipation in a 401k program with company matchAdditional voluntary or legally-required benefitsCompany OverviewNTT Data specializes in SAP services for enterprises and offers IT consultation, application and cloud management, and SAP implementation.
