About Role: Role : Delivery Manager(Automotive/Semiconductor/Embedded/IoT Reports To : Head of Engineering Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore Role Purpose: Own end-to-end engineering delivery for one or more technology verticals, ensuring predictable delivery, customer satisfaction, engineering quality, team development and profitability. Key Responsibilities Own planning, execution and delivery governance. Manage customer reviews, escalations and delivery commitments. Lead Technical Leads, Project Managers and Engineering teams. Drive utilization, capacity planning and resource allocation. Ensure engineering standards, reviews and quality compliance. Identify skill gaps and execute technical capability development. Support hiring, succession planning and performance management. Improve automation, productivity and engineering best practices. Manage delivery risks and mitigation plans. Contribute to revenue growth, margin improvement and customer retention. Required Experience 12–18+ years in Embedded/Product Engineering. Experience leading engineering teams in Automotive, Compute, IoT or Smart Devices. Strong customer-facing delivery management and stakeholder communication. Knowledge of engineering governance, Agile delivery and quality processes.
