Technical Program Manager Physical Design

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of VLSI semiconductor experience and 5+ years in program management , preferably in Physical Design. Strong expertise in project planning, schedule management, risk mitigation, budget tracking, and stakeholder management is essential. Experience coordinating Physical Design IP development, validation, and SoC integration while driving cross-functional teams to meet aggressive milestones is required. The role involves managing IP-to-SoC delivery, executive reporting, resource planning, and process improvements to ensure successful program execution. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are critical for delivering high-performance SoC programs.
