Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PP (Production Planning) ConsultantLocation: Bangalore (Onsite) Experience: 78 Years Duration: 12 Months (Extendable) Budget: Up to 100,000 per month Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 78 years of SAP PP experience and strong expertise in S/4HANA implementations and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Production Planning, manufacturing processes, configuration, master data management, and stakeholder management. Experience in the metals/manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects.Configure and customize SAP PP solutions based on client business requirements.Work closely with business users to analyze requirements and recommend optimal SAP solutions.Handle production planning processes including Demand Management, MRP, MRP Live, Planning Strategies, Batch Management, and Product Serialization.Perform master data creation, migration, reconciliation, and validation using LTMC, BDC, LSMW, and other migration tools.Support data conversion activities including preparation, synchronization, mapping, conversion, and post-processing.Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.Collaborate with ABAP technical teams for debugging and resolving production issues.Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Production Confirmation, Batch Management, and manufacturing operations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.Required Skills & Experience78 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning).Experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.Experience handling both implementation and support projects in SAP S/4HANA.Strong hands-on expertise in:SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP)SAP Fiori applicationsInterface integrationConfiguration and customizationStrong knowledge of:Demand ManagementMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP)MRP LivePlanning StrategiesBatch ManagementProduct SerializationHands-on experience in master data management and reconciliation.Experience with data migration tools such as LTMC, BDC, and LSMW.Good understanding of S/4HANA data model changes, including delta table concepts.Ability to simplify and optimize master data based on business processes.Experience in preparing Functional Specifications for custom developments.Working knowledge of ABAP debugging and coordination with technical teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).Experience with Variant Configuration (VC).Exposure to module pool development concepts.Experience in the Manufacturing or Metals Industry will be an added advantage.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.SAP Certification in S/4HANA PP is preferred.
