Position Summary The Geotechnical Civil Design Engineer will support preliminary pile design, material estimates, and project quotations while coordinating design execution and technical project support. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, engineering firms, and clients to provide efficient and cost-effective foundation solutions. Key Responsibilities Preliminary Design & Project Support Review project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports

Coordinate project pile and foundation designs

Provide design and material recommendations including Value Engineering (VE) alternatives

Collaborate with internal teams to identify the most cost-effective design solutions

Participate in project conference calls and discussions

Prepare preliminary designs and coordinate material estimates

Support package preparation and customer distribution

Design Execution & Technical Coordination Verify project documentation for design accuracy and completeness

Coordinate signed and sealed design submittals

Ensure project schedules and budgets are maintained

Review and coordinate design revisions while maintaining project intent

Address design RFIs

Provide supporting technical documentation

Create CAD drawings

Provide technical sales support and present VE alternatives to customers and project engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required

• Geotechnical and Structural Engineering coursework or experience required

• Ability to work independently and within team environments

• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure

• Strong technical and analytical skills

• Advanced experience with: CAD software (including Inventor)

• Salesforce

• Microsoft Office 365

• Smartsheet

• Previous experience in deep foundation or construction industries preferred

• Work Environment Fully onsite position

• Open office environment

• Occasional travel required
