About the role
Senior Civil Engineer, P.E. Position Overview Our client is seeking a Full-Time Senior Civil Engineer, P.E. to join a fast-paced, collaborative engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil engineering design, project management, and land development while leading projects from planning through construction. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience as a licensed Professional Civil Engineer.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Pennsylvania.
Experience with civil engineering and land surveying projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with willingness to travel to project sites throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in water and wastewater treatment, site development, higher education, or transportation projects.

Knowledge of stormwater planning, design, and construction administration.

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong planning, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
