Technical Support Executive (Female) Hybrid Work

Role & responsibilities: Handle live customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner. Provide pre-sales assistance by helping customers choose the right software products and subscriptions. Assist customers with software installation, activation, licensing, and troubleshooting. Resolve customer concerns related to orders, warranty, and account issues. Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when required. Maintain high customer satisfaction through accurate and timely resolutions. Record customer interactions and update support tickets as per company guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on Microsoft Office, Windows, Adobe, and other software products offered by the company. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0 - 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Customer Success. Freshers with excellent communication skills and technical aptitude are welcome to apply. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic computer troubleshooting. Comfortable handling customer interactions via email, chat, and phone. Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new software products. Candidates residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, or nearby Tricity areas willing to work from Mohali office will be preferred. Female candidates only.
