About the role
Established non-profit with global presence and specific mission focus in innovation and research. The Wadhwani Foundation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Wadhwani Innovation Platform, a system supporting researcher commercialization and entrepreneurship. The role involves managing platform development, integrating AI, and overseeing content curation teams to connect researchers with mentorship and funding. Candidates must have extensive experience in product development within entrepreneurship or L&D sectors. The position reports to the Global CPO and requires availability for U.S.-based synchronization. Must have: 10+ years experience in software product development; 5+ years in entrepreneurship support, L&D, or mentor networks; Experience managing data-rich, multi-feature platforms; Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams; Masters degree in business, science, or engineering fields.
