As an HR Data Analyst at Waters Corporation, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data science techniques to support various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, and performance management. Your strong analytical skills and passion for data-driven decision-making will be key in driving HR initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy metrics and predictive models to address HR challenges like attrition prediction, talent sourcing, and compensation modeling. - Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive actionable insights on workforce trends. - Collaborate with HRBPs, talent acquisition, talent development, and other HR groups to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. - Work with complex datasets from different HR systems and ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations. - Partner with the HR data governance team to maintain consistent metric definitions. - Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: - B.A. or B.S. degree is required. - 5-7 years of industry experience in reporting and analytics. - Strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. - Experience with human resources data, reporting, and analytics. - Proficiency in working with large volumes of data and testing data flow across multiple systems. - Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodology. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. - Aptitude to learn new software and data solutions.
