About the role
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy metrics in addition to predictive models to solve HR problems (., attrition prediction, talent sourcing, compensation modeling). - Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights on workforce trends. - Partner with HRBPs, talent acquisition, Talant development and other groups across HR to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations . - Work with large, complex datasets from various HR systems - Align with the HR data governance team to ensure consistent metric definition - Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. - Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
