As an Embedded C Developer in Low-Level Drivers, your primary responsibility will be to develop and test embedded software components using structured and modularized development practices. You will be expected to have a good understanding of software failures and embedded concepts at both software and hardware levels. Your key responsibilities include: - Coding in Embedded C for low-level drivers - Working with RTOS knowledge (like Threadx), memory, communication drivers, and protocols such as RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, Modbus - Understanding MCU architectures, preferably Renesas (Rx V850 RL78) - Designing and coding at both high and low levels in C - Utilizing emulators, OCD, and other tools for hardware debugging and testing - Collaborating on documentation and unit-level software testing using tools like CPPUnit - Implementing continuous integration tools like Jenkins and version control tools like GIT Your qualifications for this role include: - B.E. or M.E. in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Embedded C development - Proficiency in debugging, Jenkins, documentation, and version control - Familiarity with hardware peripherals, schematic reading, oscilloscope, and multi-meter usage - Hands-on experience with user-level understanding and SW testing tools - Prior exposure to working in an embedded environment with tools like IAR Kindly note that the company prefers candidates located in Chennai and offers a monthly budget of 1.3 LPA for a duration of 1 year.
