About the role
Roles And Responsiblities: SAP ABAP.Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical specifications for custom developments in SAP. Design Scope Of Work: SAP ABAP.Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical specifications for custom developments in SAP. Design, develop, test, and implement ABAP objects including: Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV) Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, OData services) Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Points) Forms (SmartForms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms) Dialog programming & Module Pool (if required) Develop and optimize ABAP code following SAP and project coding standards and performance best practices. Work on data migration and conversion using BDC, LSMW, and other relevant tools. Support and enhance existing custom developments across SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP, HR, etc.). Perform unit testing, support integration and UAT testing, and fix defects within agreed timelines. Collaborate with functional consultants, basis team, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and maintain technical documentation (TS, UT documents, change logs). Provide production support, analyze issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
