Oracle Learning Consultant (1546) (Bengaluru)

We are looking for an Oracle Learning Cloud Consultant where candidate should have hands-on experience in supporting Oracle Learning module, including courses, offerings, specializations, learning communities, initiatives, assignments, learner access, enrollments, and completion tracking. The role requires handling production support tickets, troubleshooting issues, working on configuration changes, supporting testing UAT, and assisting with Oracle quarterly patch validations. Robust issue analysis skills, SLA handling, and good communication with business users are important.
