About the role
UX Designer We're looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You'll collaborate with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, and stakeholders to transform user needs and business goals into seamless product experiences. *** Please note: This opportunity is open only to candidates currently based in Kerala. Responsibilities Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.Create intuitive information architecture and user journeys.Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.Iterate designs based on user feedback and business requirements.Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across products.Requirements Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.Portfolio showcasing UX design process and case studies.Join the team Thank you for your keen interest in becoming a part of Webandcrafts.
