Job Title: ServiceNow Test Lead Experience: 610 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: [Location] (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead to lead testing activities for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications, preparing test strategies, managing defect lifecycles, validating fixes, and ensuring high-quality releases. Candidates with an active ServiceNow Official Certification will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow modules.Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).Validate defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure application stability.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.Review requirements and identify potential risks and testing gaps.Ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.Prepare test reports, defect metrics, and status updates for stakeholders.Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on ServiceNow testing best practices.Required Qualifications 6+ years of QA/Test experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience.ServiceNow Official Certification (CSA or other relevant ServiceNow certifications) is mandatory.Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow modules such as:ITSMITOMHRSDCSMService Portal (preferred)Strong experience in:Test Planning & ExecutionDefect Logging & TrackingDefect Validation & Regression TestingFunctional & Integration TestingUAT SupportExperience using defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida) .
