Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager at Weekday's client, your role will involve working in the insurance sector, specifically focusing on Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to develop customer-facing digital products. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and define detailed product requirements - Develop PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria - Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new features - Evaluate customer journeys to identify areas for improvement - Lead the product development process from concept through to launch - Track product performance and suggest enhancements - Liaise with insurer partners and internal stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles - Previous experience in Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication - Capability to excel in a fast-paced startup setting - Demonstrated ownership and strong execution focus Company Details: This role is for one of Weekday's clients in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The salary range for this position is Rs 500000 - Rs 900000 (INR 5 - 9 LPA). It is a full-time job opportunity.
