Workday Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop functional specifications. Design, implement, and test Workday solutions to meet business needs. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday implementation. Develop and maintain documentation of Workday configurations and processes. Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards. Job Requirements Experience working with Workday HCM, preferably in a consulting role. Strong knowledge of Workday features such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, and Analytics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. .
