Job Description Manager Finance & Accounting Data Management (MDM | Data Governance | SQL | ERP) Location: Bangalore Experience: 7 to 12 Years CTC: Up to 20 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA (Commerce Background Mandatory) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Data Management professional to lead enterprise-wide Finance Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and Reporting Readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Finance, ERP, BI, and Data teams to establish trusted financial data ecosystems and governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting Data Management initiatives across the organization. Establish and maintain Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls. Manage Finance master data domains including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Payroll Cost Centers Vendor Master Data Customer Master Data Drive data quality monitoring, profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and transformation activities. Support Quarter-End and Year-End financial reporting readiness. Partner with CFO Office, Finance Teams, ERP Teams, Data Governance Teams, and IT stakeholders. Ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS, GAAP, Audit, and Regulatory requirements. Manage metadata, business glossary, data lineage, and master data governance processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial data quality and reporting accuracy.
