Hiring Power BI Developer | Pune | 2+ Years | Up to 6 LPA Location: Pune Experience: 2+ Years Salary: Up to 6 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Qualification: Any Graduate We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Azure data sources. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming business requirements into impactful analytical solutions and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. Create and optimize complex DAX measures, KPIs, and calculations. Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query (M Language). Develop and maintain dimensional data models including Star Schema and relationships. Integrate and consume data from Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Synapse, and other Azure data sources. Manage datasets, workspaces, deployment pipelines, and report publishing in Power BI Service. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Optimize report performance and ensure scalability of BI solutions. Work closely with Data Engineering teams in an Azure-native environment.
