This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who possess basic technical troubleshooting skills and are looking to build a career in IT Infrastructure Support. The role involves providing L1 technical support to international customers through voice support while ensuring timely resolution of technical issues using industry-standard ticketing tools. Key Responsibilities Provide Level-1 technical support to international customers through voice calls. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Office 365 related issues. Log, track, update, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams. Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions. Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to SLAs. Collaborate with internal technical teams for faster issue resolution. Create and update knowledge base documentation. Suggest process improvements based on recurring issues and customer feedback. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Technical Support. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Basic understanding of Windows Operating System. Familiarity with Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.) is an advantage. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Customer-focused attitude. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Eligibility Criteria BE/B.Tech graduates only. Freshers are eligible. 2026 pass-outs are not eligible. Excellent verbal communication skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
