Hiring NOC Administrator | Network Operations Center | Infrastructure Monitoring | 2+ Years Location: Ghaziabad Experience: 2+ Years CTC: Up to 6 LPA We are seeking a NOC (Network Operations Center) Administrator with experience in infrastructure monitoring, incident management, network operations, and ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities: Monitor network, server, and infrastructure environments to ensure service availability. Perform proactive monitoring and preventive actions to minimize outages. Monitor EMS, NMS, and other enterprise monitoring tools. Handle incident management activities aligned with ITSM and ServiceNow processes. Manage alerts, escalations, and service restoration activities. Monitor server performance, system health, and network connectivity. Support configuration and device management activities. Coordinate with infrastructure, network, application, and support teams for issue resolution. Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation. Ensure SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.
