SAP GRC Manager (SAP Security & Process Control) Location: Bangalore Experience: 10+ Years CTC: Up to 25 LPA Qualification: Any Graduate Shift: Flexible to work in any shift (24/7 Support) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Job Summary We are hiring an experienced SAP GRC Manager with strong expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and Process Control . The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading SAP GRC implementation and support projects, driving governance and compliance initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing technical leadership across enterprise SAP environments. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP Security and SAP GRC implementation, rollout, and support engagements. Manage SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Security operations. Configure and administer SAP Security across multiple SAP landscapes. Perform SAP User Administration, Role Design, Role Maintenance, and Authorization Management. Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls. Handle Emergency Access Management (Firefighter IDs). Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance. Implement Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM). Troubleshoot SAP Security authorization issues. Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and L3 support. Work closely with business users, auditors, and project stakeholders. Mentor junior consultants and lead technical teams. Drive governance, process improvements, and best practices. Required Skills 10+ years of SAP Security & SAP GRC experience. Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control. Experience in SAP GRC Process Control. Hands-on experience in SAP User Administration. SAP Role Design & Authorization Management. SAP ECC Security. SAP BW Security. SAP BOBJ Security. SAP HANA Security. Segregation of Duties (SoD). Emergency Access Management (EAM). Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM). SAP GRC Configuration & Implementation. RACM to GRC Process Control Conversion. Audit & Compliance Management. Risk Assessment & Controls. Stakeholder Management.
