Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory users, groups, permissions, and policies. Support Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business (SFB) environments. Configure and manage Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP services. Handle Help Desk escalations and infrastructure-related issues. Utilize ITSM tools for incident, problem, and change management. Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and administration. Troubleshoot end-user, server, network, and infrastructure issues. Ensure system availability, security, and operational efficiency.
