About the role
Role: Security Lead Experience: >7 years of hands-on experience in IT security field, Implement and configure IT security measures on doud or related fields, deploying and managing firewalls, cyber security protocols, and DDoS protection mechanisms. Qualification: BE / BTech / MTech / MCA or equivalent Role Summary Provide support for security architecture for the IT Modernization 2.0 program, covering data centre, cloud, and network perimeter security, and contribute to BCP/DR planning and execution. Responsibilities Proven experience in implementing and configuring IT security controls in Cloud and/or Enterprise DC environments Own security architecture for infrastructure, network, and perimeter layers Design, deploy, migrate, and manage enterprise-grade security solutions across DC and cloud Lead BCP/DR security strategy, including secure failover, redundancy, and resilience planning Define and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures Support security incident monitoring, analysis, and response initiatives Coordinate with OEMs, SOC teams, and internal stakeholders for secure operations Primary Skills Firewalls (NGFW), NIPS/IDS, DDoS protection, WAF, Proxy VPN, SSL, 2FA/MFA, Web Filtering Malware protection, APT protection, HIPS DLP, Endpoint Security Privileged Identity Management (PIM) HSM (Hardware Security Modules) Secondary / Value-Add Skills Security solution deployment in large enterprise DCs Cloud security controls and integration Automation and integration using REST APIs / SDKs Security dashboards and reporting Key Activities Prepare and review HLD, LLD, ATP, and As-Built documentation Suggest and implement security patches and vulnerability remediations Design and maintain high-throughput firewall and access control policies Audit security rules and configurations at regular intervals Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents with minimal downtime Identify and implement automation opportunities for operational efficiency
