Chief Information Officer (CIO) Chemical Manufacturing Location: Greater Noida Industry: Chemical / Process Manufacturing Role Overview The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for defining and executing the organizations overall IT and digital transformation strategy across multiple chemical manufacturing plants. This role will drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including SAP implementation and optimization, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and digital enablement of manufacturing operations. The CIO will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring technology is leveraged to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, compliance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities IT Strategy & Digital Transformation Define and drive the enterprise IT roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth plans Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions Identify opportunities for automation, Industry 4.0 adoption, and data-driven decision-making SAP & Enterprise Systems Leadership Lead end-to-end SAP strategy, implementation, rollout, and optimization across plants Ensure effective utilization of SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FICO, etc.) in a manufacturing setup Drive system integration across plants, warehouses, and corporate functions Ensure high system availability, performance, and user adoption Manufacturing IT & Plant Digitization Enable IT systems for plant operations, including production planning, quality, EHS, and maintenance Drive digitization of shop floor operations (MES, IoT, automation systems) Ensure seamless integration between IT and OT (Operational Technology) settings Cybersecurity & IT Governance Establish and lead a robust cybersecurity framework across all locations Ensure protection of enterprise data, networks, and critical infrastructure Implement IT governance, risk management, and compliance fra .
