Electrical Design Engineer | Data Centre | Mumbai | European Company

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems for Data Centers, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and standby power. Create and manage single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and panel schedules using EPLAN and Revit. Perform power system analysis (short circuit, load flow, arc flash, protection coordination) using ETAP. Develop and validate lighting and emergency lighting designs using DIALux. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, architectural) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Participate in peer design reviews, ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA 70E). Prepare detailed design documentation, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Support commissioning teams and respond to RFIs during construction phases. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and global data center design standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in mission-critical power systems. Collaborate closely with design partners from other engineering disciplines. Required Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
