Position : Salesforce Technical Architect Job Type: Full-time Location: Hyderabad (4-days from Office) Work timings: 3pm to 12am IST(Due to US project, based on project need) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days About the Role Salesforce architecture spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Agentforce and govern all technical decisions across the CRM platform. Key Responsibilities Define the enterprise Salesforce architecture across business segments org strategy, data model, integration architecture, and security framework Lead the Life Sciences Cloud transformation target-state design, data migration from legacy CRM systems, and compliance architecture Architect the Salesforce-MuleSoft integration layer for SAP ERP connectivity (customer/account sync, order management, pricing/discount flows) Drive the Agentforce / AI strategy identifying use cases for autonomous AI agents in commercial workflows (lead qualification, case routing, forecasting) Establish governance frameworks for Salesforce platform architectural decision records, technical debt inventory, and security review processes Lead architecture review boards for all Salesforce change requests and major enhancements Partner with CRM Analytics team to design the Salesforce-to-Power BI / Tableau data flow for commercial KPIs Drive platform performance engineering large data volume strategy, asynchronous processing patterns, and API governance Own the Salesforce licensing and SKU optimization strategy ensuring cost-effective use of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform licenses Required Qualifications 9-14 years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years as a Solution/Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect certification strongly preferred Deep expertise in multi-cloud Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service, Life Sciences, Experience Cloud) Proven track record in large-scale CRM transformation programs for enterprises with $10B+ revenue Experience with Salesforce-MuleSoft integration architecture at enterprise scale Strong understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and data governance for regulated industries Preferred / Good-to-Have MedTech or Life Sciences industry CRM architecture experience Experience transitioning CRM delivery from SI-led to internal/GCC-led models Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Life Sciences-specific packages Familiarity with Salesforce Well-Architected framework Experience with FDA or EU MDR compliance considerations in CRM If you are interested, please share your resume with below details to proceed further saranapriya.sankar@citiustech.com Total Experience: Relevant Experience: CTC: ECTC: Notice Period:
