ITSM & ITOM Automation Specialist

As an ITSM & ITOM Automation Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automations across IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. Your role will involve reducing manual effort, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing service reliability through intelligent automation, scripting, and integrations. - Design and implement automation for Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management. - Automate service catalog workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and escalations. - Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. - Enable alert-to-incident and event-driven ITSM automation. - Improve ITSM process efficiency through continuous optimization. - Implement Service Mapping automation. - Automate CMDB population, relationship creation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
