Strong knowledge of tax determination logic, tax codes, and tax reporting. Experience with data mapping, interfaces, and integration flows. Integration Skills – Integration with SAP (sales and purchase. Integration with Ariba (purchase) Problem-Solving & Debugging Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system reliability and customer satisfaction. Soft Skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, collaboration, & stakeholder mgmt. abilities. Can create clear documentation Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Enhancement & Release Management Experience managing enhancement requests, release cycles, and deployments Customer Communication & Stakeholder Management Exceptional communication skills to understand customer needs, explain technical concepts, and manage expectations with demanding clients. Flexibility & Adaptability Willingness to adjust priorities, work hours, and approaches to meet evolving customer requirements and urgent support needs.
