Role : ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer Company Name : WillWare Technologies Work Model : Onsite / Fulltime Work Location : Bangalore Experience : 5 Years Job Summary Seeking a ServiceNow SAM Professional with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions. The role focuses on software license compliance, software asset lifecycle management, optimization, reconciliation, and integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities  Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro modules.  Manage software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.  Configure software models, entitlements, contracts, and license positions.  Perform software normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and compliance activities.  Conduct software license audits and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.  Identify software optimization and cost-saving opportunities.  Develop dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.  Integrate ServiceNow SAM with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, CMDB, ITSM, and other enterprise tools.  Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Vendor Management, and IT Operations teams.
