Job Title: Assistant Manager Production Engineering Function / Department: Production Engineering Qualification : BE/Diploma -Mechanical Grade: F Desired Experience required : 9-12 Years Candidate Profile: Develop CNC programs and optimize machining parameters Prepare detailed process sheets with operation sequence and cycle time Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling Create and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) Conduct PFMEA to identify and mitigate risks Prepare Control Plans defining inspection and control methods Drive process improvements and productivity initiatives Coordinate with RD, Quality, Sourcing, and Production Maintain documentation as per IATF/ISO standards Technical Profile: CNC Turning machining knowledge Process planning and documentation GDT understanding PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan Knowledge Basic knowledge of Process like Turning, Milling, Welding, Grinding CAD tools (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) Problem-solving skills IATF 16949 awareness Reporting: This position is reported to Dept Head.
