About the role
Position : Engineer / Senior Engineer NPI Work location : Peenya Experience : 5- 6 years Qualification : BE- Mechanical Key Responsibilities: Components inspection against drawing. Participate in new supplier selection and supplier feasibility reviews. Review drawings, specifications, GDT, and customer requirements with suppliers. Monitor and improve supplier PPM and First Time Right (FTR) Develop suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets. Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Lead supplier corrective action activities. Drive 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other RCA methodologies. Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Cross Functional Coordination: Design Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Procurement/Sourcing Suppliers Support project reviews Manufacturing Processes: Machining Rounds Fabrication Welding Casting Forging Assembly Systems knowledge: SAP MS Excel PowerPoint Traveling will be 50% and Inspection to be carried out for each developed component Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
