Senior Technology Project and Program Manager (5-10 yrs Experience in ERP Projects)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project & Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives that drive business transformation across Wolters Kluwer. The ideal candidate brings 5-10+ years of technology project and program leadership experience, including ERP modernization, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce transformations, or similar strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale strategic technology programs from initiation through deployment and stabilization. Manage complex enterprise projects involving multiple workstreams and global stakeholders. Facilitate executive governance meetings and steering committees. Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies. Partner with technical SMEs and translate technical concepts into business-focused communication. Lead multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience leading technology projects and programs. Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. Experience working within complex global matrix organizations. Strong expertise in scope, schedule, resource, financial, budget, and risk management. Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and meeting facilitation skills. Ability to lead project workstreams and collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams. Proficiency in tracking, reporting, and communicating project performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues. Commitment to quality assurance and ensuring project deliverables meet expected standards. Strong documentation skills, including capturing lessons learned and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading ERP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP consolidation, Salesforce, or similar transformation initiatives. Experience working with globally distributed business and technology teams.
